EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hareer, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a click away!
Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange after contacting our customer services if you wish to send the items through courier. Hareer allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of item will be allowed if:
Conditions Qualified for Exchange:
Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, in wrong size, or incorrect. In case of home article exchange, it should be in Hareer original packing. Similarly, with articles that are delivered
The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item;
The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item;
It has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.
Items bought on sale are non-exchangeable. If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
Accessories are non-exchangeable.
Company’s decision regarding exchanges or any claims will be final.
If customer ordered a wrong size, customer has to submit a request for change the size, then customer will be charge for courier charges customer will be responsible for sending product to company, and will be charge for the courier expenses, only one time company will offer free shipping if the order is above PKR: 5,000
HAREER strictly follows ‘NO refund’ policy.
The option of cash-back is not available. The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.
International Orders:
Currently, Hareer does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.
Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article
Domestic Orders:
Orders over 30,000 PKR won't be continue on cash on delivery client needs to pay through credit card/debit card or bank deposit.
- "Please note that orders below PKR 5,000 are not eligible for cash on delivery. Payment for such orders must be made in advance through bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation."
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
- Hareer holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
